Are you licensed?
Yes, we are a Missouri Licensed Real Estate Brokerage. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes, we make every effort to be available by phone or email whenever you need us. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, all owner distributions are directly transferred to your bank account. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
All leases are available in your owner portal. We take care of signing all of the leases. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, because we are licensed real estate agents, we can assist you in any real estate needs, whether buying or selling. -
How and when do I get my checks?
All owner distributions are directly transferred to your bank account. We make every effort to provide your distribution by the 10th of every month. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants pay online through their tenant portal on our website. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
The initial lease term is 12 months. At renewal, we offer 1 or 2 year leases based on individual owner preferences. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security deposit is equivalent to one month of rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can start the onboarding process at any time. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Currently, we manage single-family properties and multi-family properties up to 4-family units. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We provide monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports on your rental portfolio. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We hold the tenant security deposits in a separate escrow account.
